Tequila Chili Lime Marinated Pork Ribs
Remove outer wrapper and grill, or place ribs in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes, until meat thermometer reads 145°F. Remove ribs from oven or grill and cover loosely with foil, allowing it to stand 10 minutes before serving. For more tender ribs, place on top of roasting rack in a shallow baking dish or in a broiler pan with water in the bottom and roast at 225°F for 3.5-4 hours.
