Remove outer wrapper and place the pork loin filet in a shallow roasting pan. Roast in a 350°F oven for 40-45 minutes until internal temperature of loin filet reads 145°F with a meat thermometer, approximately 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven, cover loosely with foil and rest for 3 minutes before serving.
