Remove outer wrapper. Oven Instructions: Bake at 350°F until internal temperature of roast reads 145°F with a meat thermometer, approximately 70 minutes. Remove from oven and rest for 3 minutes before serving. Slow Cooker Instructions: Place roast in slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
