Papa Roy's Smoked Spareribs
Preheat oven or grill to 400°F and reheat ribs for approximately 12 minutes per pound (about 30-45 minutes) or until thoroughly heated. Frozen is not recommended for the grill. If desired, brush ribs with sauce of your choice during last few minutes of grilling. For more tender ribs, place on top of roasting rack in a shallow baking dish or in a broiler pan with water in the bottom and roast at 225°F for 3.5-4 hours.
